STEM LABORATORY BUILDING

This project consists of renovation of an existing two-story, 45,000 square-foot facility as well as adding an addition to more than double its size to over 90,000 square-feet. The entire Science Department will be relocated and housed in this new facility that will consist of 1 Physics Lab, 1 Micro Biology Lab with A/V Room, 1 Organic Chemistry Lab, 1 Instrument Lab, 2 Chemistry Labs, 2 Biology Labs, 2 Anatomy Labs, 1 Career Technology Lab, 3 Multi-purpose Labs and 30 classrooms. The facility will also house all faculty offices which will be located strategically throughout the building around tutor/study areas for academic engagement. A large central Lobby space flanked by student study rooms will provide flexible study and project areas for students.
