FINE ARTS RENOVATION

This project involves Tornado Repairs and Renovations to the Fine Arts Complex located at The University of Southern Mississippi. This phased project includes major Roof replacements, as well as interior and exterior upgrades to three different buildings: George Hurst Building; Marsh Hall; and Mannoni Performing Arts Center. The renovated spaces include: a new Gallery of Art and Design; New Rigging Lighting, Curtains, and Flooring at the Auditorium Stages; state-of-the-art Music Practice Rooms; Technology in the Classrooms a Distance Learning Laboratory; and a new informal Student Performance Venue. The project scope also provided Code Upgrades, including the installation of new Fire Protection Systems.
