This 95,000-square foot major capital improvement project for the University of Southern Mississippi provides Interactive Learning Classrooms; a Simulation Trading Center; a Computer Testing Center; a 300-seat Auditorium designed for instruction; an Accounting Laboratory; and Administrative Office Suites to support the University’s College of Business program.  The design for this facility provides the campus with a new state-of-the-art educational building, with the most advanced technology for distance learning and lecture capture, that is located within an environment that has a professional atmosphere, reflective of the work that takes place in the College, and of future employers.  The exterior design includes elements of historic buildings found on campus, yet provides a more modern appearance that is indicative of the cutting-edge technology located within it.  Project was completed as a joint venture with Eley Guild Hardy Architects, PA.
